Alcohol

It is important to remember that the recommended limits for alcohol are
Men: 3-4 units daily
Women: 1-3 units daily
Young people under 18: there is no recognised safe limit.

It is also good not to drink every day, to allow your body to recover. It is best not to drink at all if you are pregnant or trying to conceive and we recommend that you never drink when you are driving.

Drugs

There are lots of risks involved in using illegal drugs, and they can lead to depression, anxiety, paranoia, loss of control, loss of memory and dependency. Mixing drugs can be extremely dangerous, especially when mixed with alcohol.
