If you are a service user at DASL, or you are caring for someone who comes to DASL, we welcome your ideas on how we can improve our services.
There are a number of ways you can get involved:
- You can attend our regular service users' meetings, which take place in each service – you will get details of times and dates from your key worker at DASL.
- You can give us feedback about our services by using the suggestion box in the service you attend. The managers of each service use this information to make improvements to the service.
- You can complete the evaluation form we give you at the end of your time at DASL – this is very helpful for us as we are constantly aiming to improve the quality of our services.
Tell us what you think
Although we work hard to get things right, there may be times when you are not satisfied with what we have done. DASL has a complaints policy, and the managers of each service hold responsibility for responding to any complaints, and making sure they are reported to our Service Director, funders and trustees.
We recommend that you speak to a worker or the manager of the service if you are not satisfied with the service – they will give you a copy of our complaints policy and explain how it works.
You can also email us at services@dasl.org.uk and we will respond to you as quickly as possible.
